In glass pitcher, combine pumpkin butter, cognac
and spiced rum. Mix well with whisk to fully
combine.

Add in lemon juice, agave/simple syrup and stir
with spoon.

|
Use short/highball glasses and dampen rims with
lemon juice. Turn rims over onto a small plate
coated with mixture of pumpkin pie spice and vanilla bean sugar
to rim each glass.

|
|
Fill glasses halfway with ice and pour 1/2 c of
cocktail into each glass. Add a dash of bitters
and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg to each
cocktail before serving. Enjoy!
