toss tomatoes with salt, pepper, evoo. roast in 400 degree oven until charred, about 15 minutes.
cook bacon in a medium saucepan about 3 minutes. add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. stir in the vinegar, brown sugar, hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce. add the roasted tomatoes and mash together.
