Mix ingredients thoroughly. For better browning, shape into loaf
on shallow baking pan. Bake until done. Serve hot or cold.
Temperature - 350 degrees (moderate oven); Time - Bake 1 1/2hours; Amount - 8 servings
For a Beef Loaf - Use 1 1/2 lb ground beef for the meat in Fluffy
Meat Loaf (see above). In place of mustard and sage, use 1 tbsp
each of horse radish and catsup.
