Bring 2 cups broth to boil in large pan. Add
prepared vegetables and seasonings. Bring back
to a boil. Reduce heat, cover pan, and simmer
12-15 minutes or until vegetables are barely
tender. Whisk flour into reserved broth; add to
vegetable mixture; cook on med. high until
thick and bubbly. Remove bay leaf. Stir in
turkey. Keep warm. Cook biscuits as directed on
package. Stir in lemon juice and peas into
turkey mixture; pour into round 3 qt. baking
dish. Place biscuits on top, bake.
