In a bowl- mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, green
onions and cilantro, combine well.
Preheat Oven 400 degrees F
Form into 1/2 cup patties (8), and place in fridge until needed.
Cook for 20 mins
For the tomato chutney, chop the tomatoes in a large dice and place in a
pan over medium heat with sugar and vinegar.
Cook the tomatoes until all the liquid is evaporated, season with salt
and black pepper and cool down, serve chutney chilled.
