Melt butter and pour in bottom of 9 X 13 casserole dish. Shred chicken and spread on top of butter. Whisk milk and flour in a separate bowl and then slowly pour over chicken DO NOT STIR. Whisk broth and soup and pour over flour mixture.
Bake uncovered at 400F 45 minutes or until bubbly done.
