Combine sugar, vanilla bean, (make a slit lenghtwise), 1 teaspoon vanilla, milk, 1 yoghurt and half the cream in medium pan, stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in remaining Cream, and the other Yoghurt, discard vanilla bean. Strain mixture through fine cloth or seive. Pour into a plastic container and freeze until set. Chop Ice-Cream roughly, beat with electric mixer, or process, until smooth. Pour into container again, cover and freeze until firm. Before serving take out of freezer 15 minutes before. Enjoy -)
