1. In large bowl put Chopped Vegetables(cut into bite size pieces if not already done that way), Chopped Onion or minced onion, Velveta Cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes, Rice, Soup and Milk. Mix Well
2. Put into a 8x8 casserole and Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
3. TO MAKE A MEAL add Chopped Ham or Turkey. I double above recipe and put into a 9x13 baking dish
