Fry bacon and add onions. Brown until bacon is crisp.
Add water, potatoes, carrot, and bouillon. Simmer 15-
20 minutes until potatoes are tender (it goes faster
with the lid on). Stir in milk, corn, and pepper.
Heat until simmering. Mix cheese and flour and add to
soup. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
