Put the oven on broil
Roll out one of the dough packages. Place in a baking dish. Cut up slices of the butter or margarine on the dough. Sprinkle with brown and white sugar, enough to cover the dough. Moderately shake cinnamon and nutmeg on top of the dough.

Put the baking dish in the oven set on broil, and watch it till it starts to lightly brown. Remove from oven. This is to make your dough cook before you add the peaches, which will block the dough from cooking. Don't want raw dough. Now be sure you take your oven off of broil and put it on bake at 350.
Drain one of your can of peaches. Pour the peach slices over the cooked dough. Sprinkle the peaches just like you did the raw dough up top. Cut your butter or margarine on them too.

Roll out your other dough package. Take a butter knife, and cut the dough in long slices about a 1/2 to 1 inch thick. Take one slice and place on your peaches long ways. Then take another slice and place over your peaches across the dough the opposite way. What you are doing is creating a lattice affect across your peaches.
If you need more dough, open your other box and roll out more and cut more slices. When you are done sprinkle with everything again on top of the dough lattice. Don't make too sweet, but put enough so your cobbler is sweet.
Put your cobbler in the oven and bake on 350 for about half hr or until your peaches are bubbling and the dough is browning. NOT BURNING, BROWNING lol
Top with Ice Cream or Whipped Topping
Love Momma
