Soak an 8 ounce package of pearl tapioca in 2 c water for 2 days. Drain, discarding the water.
Using a kettle put 48 ounce can of red fruit juice and 1 cinnamon stick (crushed) and the drained tapioca together. Bring to a boil and cook slowly until tapioca looks opaque, stirring constgantly.
Separately cook dried fruit (apples, apricots and prunes) until done; add to juice and tapioca mixture.
Lastly, using 2 pkgs of Danish dessert, cook as directed on package. Combine all and chill.
Allow about 3 days to make this specialty. Great for breakfast!
