Put Steak chunks, flour, salt and pepper in a Dutch
oven or Crockpot. Stir well to coat the steak. Add
all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high
for ONE hour. Low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
When doing it on the stove top in Dutch oven, Cook
on med high for about an hour. Stir..so it does not
burn. Turn down to low for 5 to 6 hours.

Can be served over mashed potatoes.
