2 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked until just tender
1 c chopped fully cooked ham (5 oz)
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c shredded Colby cheese
1/2 c shredded American cheese
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp snipped parsley
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, melted butter and flour.
Finely chop the potatoes (about 2 cups). Add to the sour cream mixture along with remaining ingredients, tossing until combined.
Transfer to an 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or trill bubbly. Serve warm.
