Beat eggs and sugar, blend in pumpkin, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Place parchment on 10X15 jelly roll pan and spray paper with Pam. Pour cake mix onto pan and spread evenly. If using nuts sprinkle these on now. Place in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Cake is done when it springs back when touched lightly and toothpick comes out clean.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Unroll cake and spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto cake with spatula. Roll back up, place in wax paper to carry away to cool. Use heavy objects on either side to hold rolls in place until cool
