Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together in a bowl. Spread a thin layer in 9x13 pan bottom to prevent sticking. Add chicken, chilies and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Mix together.
Put a scoopful of mixture into middle of tortilla, roll and arrange in pan. Put remaining cheese on top before baking. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
