FREEZER COOKING-
In a bowl, combine chicken and pesto. Spread olive oil over
baking sheets and hands, to prevent sticking. Divide pizza
dough into indicated number of servings. Form a ball out of
each portion. Place dough balls on baking sheet and flatten
down into a circle. Divide chicken/pesto, cheese, and olives
among circles, placing only on one half of the circle. Fold the
other side of the dough over the fillings. Push down on the
edges with finger, to seal. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes.
Flash freeze. Divide among indicated number of gallon
freezer bags, label, and freeze.
