Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt butter with sugar on medium heat. Stirring constantly, bring it to a low boil and cook for three or four minutes.
Grease jelly roll pan or line pan with foil and grease.
Lay matzo on pan and fill in empty places with broken pieces of matzo.
Pour sugar mixture over the matzo, even out, and bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and put chocolate chips over matzo.
When it melts, even out chocolate all over matzo with knife.
Add nuts over top and refrigerate.
When cold, break into pieces. Freeze or eat.
