Soak farfel in hot water and drain well. Beat the eggs and add to farfel.
Add softened margarine, sugar, vanilla and a small amount of peach liquid. Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Put aside 6 sliced peaches and dice the rest.
Layer the diced peaches on top of the batter. Pour on the rest of the batter. Top with the 6 sliced peaches. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 35 x 45 minutes until set.
