Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes in half and place on
cookie sheet. Season with garlic salt, spray with olive oil and bake
30 minutes. Remove from oven, scoop potato pulp out and put in
a bowl. Add butter, sour cream, chives and bacon bits and mix.
Scoop pulp back into potato skins. Return to oven and bake 10 to
15 minutes. Top with cheese for the last 5 minutes.
