2 lbs of chicken, cooked and shredded

1 can (15 oz) black beans

1 can corn

30 oz chicken broth

1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions |

Add all ingredients to a stock pot and simmer for 1 hour.

I use a whole store bought rotisserie chicken. However, can cook chicken to use or use leftover chicken.
