split 2 medium zucchine and scoop out the seeds , season
with salt, combine 1/3 c panic bread crumbs, 1 chopped
tomato, 3/4 c mixed chopped parsley and dill, 2 T chopped
walnuts, 1 minced garlic clove, 2 T olive oil and salt and
pepper to taste, spoon into the zucchini and drizzle with olive
oil. Bake at 425 for 25to 30 minutes.
