In large stockpot, mix together all 8 cans of soup. Add
chicken broth, tomatoes, salsa, green chilies, onion, garlic,
chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat
and simmer for an hour.
Add cilantro and chicken and simmer for another hour.
Cut tortillas into strips and fry in oil. Serve on top of soup.
