1) In large plastic bad combine flour and spices add the meat and shake up. Brown the dusted meat in a 4-5 Qt Dutch Oven drain off fat return meat to the pan add onion and cook til onion is tender
2) stir in broth beer and 1 c water bring to boiling reduce heat simmer covered for 1.5 hours,
3) Stir in potatoes, chillies and hot pepper sauce simmer covered for 30 miutes or until meat and potatoes are tender serves 6
