Combine pineapple juice and egg in a saucepan.
Beat. Add sugar, flour, vinegar. Mix. Cook and
stir until thick. Refrigerate until cool. Add pineapple and apples. Fold
in Cool Whip. Add 3/4 cup peanuts. Decorate the top
with the rest.
