In a large saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on whipping cream to soften,
add sugar.
|

|
Stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Do not boil.
Remove from heat, stir in extracts.

|
Cool 10 minutes. Whisk in sour cream.
|
|
|
Pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least one hour. Spoon
berries or topping over cream and serve.
