Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet
melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook
until fragrant. Add in wine, lemon juice, Parlsey
and Shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until wine mix is reduced.
Chopped the Shrimp finely and add to skillet cook
until pink.
Add mix into a large baking dish then add Ricotta,
Cheddar, and Parmesan. Stir to combine.
Put into oven for 15 minutes.
If you prefer a darker top, broil for 3 additional
minutes.
Garnish with extra Parsely and serve immediately
with the sliced baguette bread.
