Whisk water, butter, and eggs together. Add flour and salt, mix well (will have a sticky consistency).
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Drop about a teaspoon of mixture into the boiling water (I usually take a large lump and cut the mixture with a scissors) until there is a single layer in pot. Dumplings will begin to float to the top when done cooking (about 1 minute).
