Wash and bake sweet potatoes until fork tender.
scrape flesh into bowl. Add regular sugar,
milk, eggs, salt and vanilla. Mash. place in a
casserole dish. in a separate bowl, mix brown
sugar, butter and pecans with a pastry blender.
Put on top of potatoes in dish. Bake in a 400
degree oven for 30 minutes. I usually do 375
to be safe.

Directions for the second part- Peel, cut,
boil potatoes until done. mash, add the rest of
ingredients, except toppings. Oven 350, place
in casserole dish and sprinkle with
marshmallows. Melt butter, add in the rest of
topping ingredients. Mix with fork, sprinkle on
top of marshmallows. Bake 20-25 minutes, or
until golden.
