Instructions- Boil diced Yukon Gold potatoes
along with 1/3 cup chopped garlic cloves. Drain
potatoes and garlic cloves. Add 1/2 cup of
heavy cream and 1 stick of butter. Use a potato
masher to “mash” well. Add kosher salt and
freshly ground pepper to taste. Garnish with
parsley. Voila!
