Preheat oven to 350.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add butter and saute onions, garlic, bell pepper
and corn until soft and translucent, about 5
minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until
melted.
Mix in the remaining in a large bowl with the
veggies and cream cheese mixture. Bake for 20 -
25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and
the edges are bubbling.
Serve hot out of the oven.
