1 1/2 sugar

2 eggs

2 c Fruit cocktail ( including juice)

2 t baking soda
|
|
2 c flour
|
|
Mix all together and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 baking dish
|

Then mix together
|
|
1/2 c brown sugar
|
|
1 1/2 c Walnuts or pecans chopped
|
|
|
|
Sprinkle mixture over the top of batter. Bake 325 for 40 minutes.

Icing
|
|
1 stick butter
|
|
1 c brown sugar
|
|
1/2 c evaporated milk
|
|
1 c coconut
|
|
Combine all in a sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes spoon over cake right after baking
