1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or light Mayo (or combo)
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 tsp Season Salt ( NOT regular salt)
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven 375 degrees and spray 9x13 glass pan. Lay
chicken in pan.
Mix together yogurt (or mayo) with 1/2 cup paramensan
cheese and seasonings. Spread evenly over each piece of
chicken, being sure to cover all exposed meat so doesn't dry
out. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
