Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the pork on both sides. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together the bread crumbs, onion, butter, 1/2 cup broth and poultry seasoning.
Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Mix soup with remaining 1/3 cup broth. Pour over chops. Bake 1 hour or until chops are tender.
