Preheat oven at 350F (180C). Baking pan (9x13inch,
but really anything if you control the time until
it's done). Use cooking spray or butter to grease
the pan, and also parchment paper (grease the
paper too).

Melt chocolate and butter together (avoid
microwave, if you have to, be very careful). Set
aside to cool.

Whisk eggs. Add sugars, vanilla and salt and
mix well. Add chocolate mixture.
With a rubber spatula (don't use electric
mixer!) add flour. Do not overmix. Just enough
to be incorporated.

Pour batter into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or
until toothpick inserted comes out clean (or
really it depends of the texture you desire).
Allow to cool completly before cutting. Wait an
hour before putting it to a wire rack, and then
wait some more until cutting it.
