Mix the sugar and flour. Add the other ingredients and blend. Pour into unbaked pie shell that has been pricked with a fork to prevent the crust from rising. Bake at 350 degrees until the crust is lightly brown and the center is set, about 40 minutes. Optional- Top with cinnamon sugar. I added a pinch of nutmeg to the batter and a small bit on top instead of the cinnamon sugar.
