Line a cast iron skillet with bacon slices draping over the side. Put ground beef in the center of the skillet, pushing down to flatten and cover entire bottom. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle liberally with Mozzarella cheese. Wrap bacon back on top of the pie. Mix together soy sauce and honey, and brush over the top of the pie. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
