1)Place bread cubes in 2 sprayed 12x20x2 inch pans.
2)In a large bowl, beat eggs until blended. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
3)Pour mixture over top of bread crumbs & press down gently so bread absorbs liquid & bread is completely coated.
4)Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or
overnight.
5) Remove casserole form refrigerator & again press down gently to re-soak bread.
6) Allow to stand at room temperature while oven heats to 350'
7) Bake at 350' until set and knife inserted comes out clean, Approximately 1 hour.
8) Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
9)CUT EACH PAN 5X8 FOR 40 SERVINGS.
10)Serve with additional Maple Syrup and butter if desired
11) Discard unused portions.
