1) Add diced vegetables to cooked ground beef and simmer for 10 min. 2) Combine remaining ingredients and add to beef mixture. 3) Add cooked rice and combine well. 4) Bake at 350' to an internal temp of 165', approx. 1 hour. 5) Serve with 8oz. Spoodle or 1 cup per serving.
If making extra, divide into 2 half pans, label and date one and freeze for later ALT meal service before baking.
