Line the cookie tray or cake pan with parchment paper. Pour about 2 cups of melted chocolate in the center. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate over the entire pan. Arrange a layer of salted crackers on top of the chocolate. Pour 3 more cups of melted chocolate in the center. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate completely over the crackers. Spoon out a few Tablespoons of peanut butter. Drop them randomly on top of chocolate. Run a wooden skewer or chopstick through the melted chocolate and peanut butter until you have lots of swirls and a beautiful marbled effect. Toss some sprinkles on top of this chocolate bark. Place pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate and peanut butter to set and harden. Flip the pan onto a table and remove the parchment paper and bread the bark into random pieces. You can also use a knife to cut random pieces.
