2 tablespoons apple cidar vinegar / 2 tablespoons molasses
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
freshly ground pepper
Instructions
For the Marinade-
Whisk all ingredients together until well combined. In a large
ziplock bag, pour marinade over ribs and refrigerate, basting
occasionally for a minimum of 2 hours - preferably overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cover baking dish with
aluminum foil and baste ribs with bbq sauce for 2 hours.
Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees, baste and
continue cooking or 45 minutes - basting with sauce every
15 min.
