1 1/2 lb of pasta ,Cooked and drained (Prepare and set aside)
1/2 cup of diced onion, sauted in some oil
3 lbs of sealegs or seafood combination (diced clams, baby shrimp)
4 c. Chicken broth
1/3 cup white cooking wine (optional but good)
Juice of one lemon or 1 tsp lemon zest
Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup
3/4 c Marina 's Garlic Spread
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
1) Add seafood to sauted onion
2) Add chicken broth, wine ,lemon and parsley
3)Simmer for 5 minutes
4) Add Garlic spread and allow to melt, stirring
to blend. 1 or2 minutes
5) Combine with cooked ,hot pasta and top with
parmesan cheese
