13 lbs thin beef fajita strips, browned in 1 cup oil

2 qts LS beef stock
|
|
1 No. 10 can diced tomatoes
|
|
2 cups diced onion
|
|
3 cloves garlic,chopped
|
|
Simmer meat in above items 1-2 hours
|
|
Add-
|
|
12 green peppers, thinly sliced until tender but brightly colored or half peppers half snow peas.
|
|
Combine into smooth paste and add to meat mixture-
|
|
|
|
1/3 c. corn starch
|
|
2 1/2 c cold water
|
|
2/3 c soy sauce
|
|
Cook until thickened, approximately 5 minutes
|
