In a large skillet Salt and pepper port chops and
brown in a little oil.

In a microwave safe measuring cup heat water and
dissolve the bouillon cubes. Pour water mixture
over the pork chops
|
|
|
Sprinkle rice all around pork chops.
|
|
|
Place 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice on top of
each pork chop. Cover pan, lower heat and simmer
on top of stove for 45 min to 1 hour.
