1. Although you don't have to I like to trim the fat and gristle if I see any off my chicken breasts.

|
2. Put flour into a shallow bowl or foil pie plate then dip both sides of chicken in until covered.
|
|
|
3. Warm oil over Medium heat then slowly add chicken breasts without overcrowding them.
|
|
|
4. Cook two minutes on one side then flip over. Check to make sure that all sides are cooked and center isn't pink.
