Soak rice noodles in hot water 1-2 minutes less than package instructions or until al dente. Drain noodles. Set aside. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside
Heat large pan or wok on high. Add vegetable oil. When hot add bacon. Cook until bacon starts to render. Add shrimp and cook for 30 seconds.
Add cabbage, carrots, onion, chile paste, scallions. Cook for 3 minutes stirring often. Add curry powder and stir.
Add noodles and sauce ingredients. Gently mix. Serve.
