Wash potato skins with a vegetable brush, and then
cube. Place the potatoes in a pot of cold water,
bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes become
soft when you insert a fork into them (usually it
takes around 20 minutes or so). Drain the water
then place the potatoes back into the pot or . Add
the butter, ½ cup of heavy cream or milk and salt.
Beat until whipped without limps using an electric
mixer. Add rest of the cream or milk gradually and
use more if needed. You can also add garlic and
some herbs that you like.
