1. Preheat grill or set oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix all spices together (needs all of them).
Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry. Rub the spices on both sides of the chicken. Place in a bowl. Sprinkle oil over all the pieces. Sprinkle lemon juice over all the pieces. Add the lemon rinds to the bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes or up to overnight.

3. Place on hot grill. Cook for 5-10 minutes each side; flipping frequently. Baste with oil and lemon juice mixture frequently. (Yes, you will have intermittent fires erupt)
Or bake covered with foil in oven for 30 minutes or so. (I have never done it this way so check for doneness.....)

Serve with salad, homemade potato fries, baked beans, green onions, and French bread--for the true Fadell outdoor BBQ experience!
