1 gluten free pie shell, baked as directed for refrigerated pie
1 container cool whip, or whipped cream
2/3 cup sugar
4 Tbs cornstarch
4 Tbs strawberry or lemon jello
1 cup water
6 cups fresh strawberries or mixed berries
Instructions
Bake and cool pie shell as directed. Slice
strawberries in half or as desired, reserving a
few nice whole berries for the garnish.
Combine water, corn starch, sugar, and jello into
a small saucepan. Heat for one minute. Fold onto
berries, pour into prepared crust. Chill for
several hours then top with cool-whip and garnish.
