Prosciutto (10 full slices, cutting each one into 3)
Arugula
Figs, dried – sliced thin (~ 5 or 6)
Balsamic reduction
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the baguette into thin slices, approximately ½”. Lightly brush each bread slice with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake in the pre-heated oven for no more than 10 minutes until slightly browned.
Remove from oven and place a slice of Brie cheese on the top of each bread slice. Pop back into the oven until cheese starts to melt, around 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with prosciutto, a few sprigs of arugula and 2 slices of fig. Drizzle balsamic reduction on top and serve. NOTE- Can be made ahead and reheated – if doing this, add the balsamic after reheating.
