Prep all veg. Saute meat in 1 T EVO. When cooked remove from pan. Stir fry veg starting with the hardest and adding additions as the first veg become tender.

I have made the sauce several times and it does not make much so usually double but then that makes it salty so now add water as well.
|

|
I use other veg as well broccoli celery onion carrot. Whatever is in veg drawer. I use water for a lot of the stir frying and sometimes it is appropriate to put a lid on for a few min.

Have served with rice or cooked barley wild rice combo.
